Counseling with Albertina
I’m so heartened you are here. My name is Albertina and I live in Austin. I love to explore and travel, and have called Central Texas my home for about 25 years. Through a Person-Centered, and Trauma-informed lens, I approach counseling relationally and holistically. In my own work, and my work with clients, I am moved by what shows up in the moment—our physiological experience of it, what our mind makes of it, and how it shapes the path back our heart. I would be delighted to walk with you as you navigate your way toward what your heart most desires.
Our Work Together
During our time together, we get to be humans who meet in a safe space, where you are acknowledged for your wholeness, your strength, and your insight. I will arrive entirely in curiosity, to meet you. We will address what arises in the moment and discover what meaning it holds in your life. Ultimately, you decide what you leave behind, hold more closely, and what you will take with you on your journey forward.
